Power cabinets for equipment management

In the power cabinet, each circuit is protected from short circuits by circuit breakers. It is provided to disconnect the power supply of the process unit from the independent release device when the signals of increased gas contamination "Threshold 2" and "Fire" appear and from the control cabinet (controller) located in the hardware unit, while the power supply of the hardware unit and the equipment located in it operates normally. The power cabinet provides:

  • separation of power supply for the technological and hardware unit;
  • power supply and control of heaters and technological and hardware units in manual and automatic mode (from the controller);
  • power supply of sockets, lighting devices and protection against short circuit, leakage currents;
  • power supply of instrumentation and control equipment;
  • power supply and fan control in manual and automatic mode (from the controller);
  • PSM power supply and control in automatic mode (from the controller);
  • power supply and control of the outdoor alarm system;
  • power supply and control of the metering pump in automatic mode (from the controller);
  • power supply and control of the electromagnetic valve in automatic mode (from the controller);
  • power supply of the SKJ heating;
  • power supply and control of cranes in manual and automatic mode (from the controller);
  • transmission of signals of gas contamination, equipment malfunction, fire alarm to the upper level.
    • On the door there is an indication of the condition of the equipment located in the technological unit . The possibility of emergency power off of the entire installation as a whole has been implemented . Terminals are installed in the SHS that ensure the installation of wires "from above", which allows you to monitor the correctness of the installation and the degree of wire clamping.
